THE FACTS
1. He has no real experience as a COO and is a pretender.
Adam Fraser is one of the worst hires that has been made by Omniscient Neurotechnology and is a showcase for how poor the decision making is by management at the company.
This is a man that has no real experience as a COO and only got the role by copying the ideas of the previous COO and stabbing him in the back to get the role. He has the same moral compass as Omniscient Neurotechnology founder Charlie Teo.
Look deep into his background and ask your self would you invest money with this company and this person as the COO?
Making your CFO the COO of the business just makes no sense. Why would you hire some one that has no medtech background, no science background, no funding and capital background? You hire them to destroy your company that’s why.
When you look at the COO of other leading companies you will see the difference in quality is stark.
2. All his good ideas are copied from the previous COO.
Adam has not had an original good idea at all. Well not that is his own. Everything that Adam does that is good has been copied from the detailed strategies of the previous COO.
If Adam has an idea that is his own, it is often lacking in any consideration of the industry or the operations of the company. Many people within the company at all levels have commented on this.
Adam has no experience dealing with the overseas markets that are so important to the company. Why would anyone think promoting the finance guy to COO is a good idea when you had perfectly good people in place?
3. Good people have left his team.

4. He is Stephen Scheeler minion.
When Stephen Scheeler says jump Adam Fraser says how high he doesn’t think to question the decisions of the equally underqualified and inexperienced Scheeler and will blindly do what he is told.
This has lost him a lot of respect within the company and lead to many good people to leave the company. The other people he works with has 0 experience or knowledge they would read a balance sheet background. They know how to ask for money and spend money but not how to make money.
Replace Stephen and Adam and you may have a chance to sell the company for scraps.
5. He has run a failed business
Do your research on EchoJunction look at all the records and you will see how good this man is at running a business. No wonder the only person that would hire him is sex pest Charlie Teo.
6. The Future of Omniscient Neurotechnology
The future of the company looks very grim, with no recent major announcements related to customers, technology breakthroughs or capital being acquired.
They have been reject from all funding opportunities because anyone that knows any thing about this field that Omniscient Neurotechnology is so far behind.
With the current burn rate of cash we expect it could be out of business by the end of the year.
